Grand Digital Information Ltd., formerly an electronic products factory (founded in 1980) of Beijing Polytechnic University (BPU), was established in 1995 with registered capital of RMB 38 million. After the re-structuring of our allied companies in 2000, Grand Digital Information Ltd. now becomes one of the leading hi-tech companies in China which is headquartered in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA).

Since 1980's, Grand Digital Information Ltd. has developed "TP-801" with a series of "TP" branded single board controllers, STD bus industrial controllers and micro printer products which are widely used in various industrial and commercial fields. With the rapid growth of our company, we have set up joint ventures in International Financial Center - Hong Kong and Special Economical Zone (SEZ) - Shekou, Shenzhen, and a countrywide sales network with offices covering Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Nowadays, we have achieved a market share of over 70% in the specialized printer market in China.

In 2003, Grand Digital Information Ltd. has diversifying our business with the set up of Embedded Software Business Unit, Financial Product Business Unit, and Printer Product Business Unit. We are committed to cooperating with our business partners both at home and abroad for further enhancement of our products, as well as services to customers worldwide.
